Judges
Submissions will be assessed by a jury formed by representatives of all organizing partners. Each partner will receive one vote in the jury. Interested organizations may become partners in this event by sponsoring this contest (the amount of your choice).
The jury members will be required to rank their preferences. Then their choices will be add up and a final scale will result. The Rothbard Day 2012 winner will be the candidate situated on the first position in the final hierarchy. In case two or more applicants occupy the same (first) position because they receive an equal number of votes, then another round of prioritization will follow, until a single winner is established.

The jury will award a single prize. The amount of this prize will increase with the number and contributions of organizing partners. The current prize is $1200.
